The Natalie Gioioso Collection consists of 49, 5x7 glass plate negatives whose content includes images of Provincetown and its art community in 1920 and images of Winthrop and Eastham Massachusetts. The collection, preserved and archived, was donated to the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum for their permanent collection. The Provincetown images document a family visit on August 28, 1920 and include family portraits, dock scenes including artists painting pictures of a model. Hand written notes on the original Kodak Standard Dry Plate boxes show that the images were used in a lecture series given by a person identified with the initials HEW.
